Easy Returns & Exchanges
Need to return an item? No problem. Your item can be returned as long as it’s in its original, unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within seven days of your purchase.
1. Email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item, along with the original receipt and a signed letter stating the reason for your return.
An item cannot be returned if it has been opened and visibly tampered with. Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
We offer a one-off exchange policy on the basis that it’s within seven days of your purchase arrival and the product has not been opened (must be in its original, unused condition).
All orders made from Monday–Saturday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m. are shipped within 24 hours.

If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with that information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for shipping your order is based on your location and the weight of your
products. You will be able to see the shipping cost before the final checkout page.
If an item is on back order, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the back ordered item becomes available, we’ll ship the rest of your order. You won’t be charged additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
